Program
We recruit, train, and support young professionals from various fields who spend two years teaching in remote schools. Selected through a rigorous process, fellows undergo modern intensive training in pedagogy and leadership. They grow as leaders and become part of a community of change-makers who continue advancing collective leadership and social impact even after the program.

Stage 1
Selection Process
We carry out a five-stage selection process, evaluating not only knowledge and skills but also personal qualities. We look for motivated leaders who are ready to take responsibility and create positive change in education.
Stage 2
Fellow Status
After selection, Teach For Uzbekistan fellows are placed in schools in remote regions. For two years, they teach, run extracurricular activities, and implement social projects that support the development of local communities.
Stage 3
Learning and Growth
At Teach For Uzbekistan, we train and support fellows, helping them become effective educators and leaders capable of inspiring students and driving positive change in their communities.
Stage 4
Future Opportunities
After the two-year program, fellows gain new paths: continuing in education, launching social projects, or entering the business sector. We cultivate leaders who transform society for the better.
