This session was held to open up opportunities for talented young people studying abroad to work in the Uzbek education system, as well as to encourage them to return to Uzbekistan and contribute to the development of society.

During the event, Teach for Uzbekistan International Recruitment and Education Consultant Elyor Khasanov provided detailed information about the program. The program was created to attract new forces to school education in Uzbekistan, encourage talented young people to work in the education system, and contribute to pedagogical reforms. Participants will develop teaching skills and learn to work with modern teaching methods. In addition, they will gain experience in leadership, management, and creating innovative solutions in the field of education. The program is open to not only young people who have studied pedagogy, but also candidates with knowledge in various fields and who are interested in introducing innovations in the education system. To participate in the program, young people who have received higher education abroad or in Uzbekistan must apply and go through the selection stages. Elyor Khasanov also noted that Teach for Uzbekistan was established based on international experience, and this model has yielded successful results in many countries around the world.

Teach for Uzbekistan is of great importance to young Uzbeks studying in the UK. By applying the knowledge and experience gained abroad to the Uzbek education system, they can contribute not only to their own professional growth, but also to the development of society as a whole.

Students and graduates who participated in the session asked questions about the program. They received detailed information about the teaching profession and the prospects for working in the education sector, as well as the educational and financial opportunities offered to program participants. It was recognized that among the participants of the event there are many young people who are interested in the field of education and are ready to contribute to the future of the country. Most of them decided to join the program or explore the idea of ​​​​working in the education sector in the future.

Teach for Uzbekistan plans to hold regular events not only in the UK, but also in 10 other countries around the world. This initiative will serve to raise awareness of the field of education among young people from Uzbekistan internationally and open up new perspectives for them.

The main goal of the program organizers is to attract educated young people who have studied abroad and ensure their participation in the modernization of the education system in Uzbekistan. In particular, in the coming years, it is planned to attract thousands of young professionals through Teach for Uzbekistan to work in schools in different regions of the country.

At the end of the event, the Teach for Uzbekistan team expressed their gratitude to the leaders of the Uzbek Students' Union in the UK and the staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the UK for their support in making the event a success. Such initiatives serve to increase the interest of young people abroad in the field of education and enrich the Uzbek education system with new personnel.
