At Teach For Uzbekistan, we train, support, and inspire our participants to become effective educators and change-makers in their communities.

What do we teach?

Our two-year educational program is based on modern pedagogical approaches and includes:

  • Contemporary teaching methods: Participants master interactive and research-based approaches to create engaging and effective learning environments.

  • Developing 21st-century skills in students: We help teachers cultivate critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and self-directed learning in their students.

  • Soft skills: Special emphasis is placed on developing leadership, empathy, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills, essential for successful interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.

  • Community engagement: Participants learn to design and implement projects aimed at improving education quality and addressing social issues in their regions.

How do we support?

We provide comprehensive support to participants so they can work effectively in schools:

  • Mentorship: Each participant is paired with a coordinator who offers regular feedback, helps resolve challenges, and supports their professional growth.

  • Continuous learning: The program includes regular online and offline seminars, masterclasses, and workshops to deepen participants' knowledge and refine their skills.

  • Methodological and psychological support: We assist participants in overcoming professional and personal challenges, ensuring they feel confident in their roles.
